Twitter Tests 'Dislike' Button Feature

Currently, Twitter users are not given a dislike or vote button for posts or tweet comments they don’t like. Twitter just gave a heart button as a reaction for users liking the post.
And now Twitter is reportedly testing to bring a vote button feature in the comments section. However, it is said that this Twitter vote will not affect the original post.

Unlike the Reddit forum platform where comments on posts that have a large number of votes will be hidden. However, on Twitter with this feature, we just want to show how users respond to comments.

"Some of you on iOS may get the option to give a voice or a low voice. We're testing this feature to see if this works or not," Twitter wrote on its Twitter Support account.

Some of you on iOS may see different options for voting up or down over replies. We tested this to understand the types of responses you deem relevant in the convoy, so we can work to show more responses.

This voting feature will not be shown by Twitter users in general. Only post and Twitter owners can see it.

In addition, Twitter also says that the number of votes will not change the order of replies and stressed that this feature is not similar to Reddit, YouTube or Facebook where comments with the highest votes, or most popular comments, will appear at the top.
