Google Reveals Champion Island Game to Welcome Tokyo 2020 Paralympic

The Tokyo 2020 Paralympics will be held from today, Tuesday (24/8/2021). Welcoming the quadrennial sporting event which is intended for people with disabilities all over the world, Google makes excitement on its search page, one of which is the return of the Champion Island game.

The game was first present at the start of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics which took place last July. During the Olympics, the game that required elements of Japanese culture was plastered on the Google Doodle.

As is known in Champion Island Games, we will act as Lucky the Calico Ninja Cat. You can join a blue, red, yellow, or green team, represented by Ushi (cow), Karasu (crow), Inari (fox), or Kappa (Japanese tortoise).

The main task is defeating the defending champion in table tennis, skateboarding, rugby, archery, rock climbing, marathon running, and artistic swimming.

To play it, all you have to do is click Doodle on the Google search page. Instantly an anime clip will play featuring all the characters inspired by Japanese folklore. To control the game is very easy. We only use the space bar and arrow keys for navigation.

In addition to games, excitement was also presented in a long Google search. When you enter the keywords Paralympics, Paralympics Tokyo, or Paralympics Tokyo, a confetti and pictogram will appear from above. Google also presents a button at the bottom to bring up confetti and pictograms again.

When searching for the Paralympics, we will be able to find the latest information about the match schedules of Indonesian athletes. Even see country rankings in the race for gold and a link to watch the match.

To note, the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics will be held until September 5. Come on, let's pray for Paralympics athletes to make the best achievements at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics.
