The privately hired Inspirasi4 plans to fly four people into space in September. The flight included millionaire Jared Isaacman, cancer victim Hayley Arceneaux (whom Isaacman invited), data engineer Chris Sembroski and geologist and science communicator Sian Proctor.

The chairs for Sembroski and Proctor are prizes from a competition organized by Isaacman in support of St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Jude, also where Arcenaux worked and where he got his cancer treatment many years ago.

Quoted from Space.com, the documentary will be co -produced by Time Studios, and directed by Jason Hehir who made Michael Jordan's biopic series "The Last Dance."

For Netflix, Inspiration4 will represent a new transition to near -real -time documentary production. The launch of the mission is scheduled to take place on September 15, and Netflix will launch two episodes about it on September 6 and September 13. The final of the series will air in late September. This schedule is assumed if the launch takes place on time.

“The quick recovery series will take the audience behind the scenes with four crew members who have been through the selection and training of commercial astronauts for months, to the intimate and emotional moments ahead of the upgrade,” Space.com reported.

"The final episode, which airs just days after the mission is completed, will feature unprecedented access inside the spacecraft, capture the launch and crew."

Netflix also plans to launch a special live-action hybrid animation for kids and families about the mission that will air on Sept. 14, a day before launch.

This more kid-friendly option will answer some of their common questions about Inspiration4, such as how rockets work, how people eat and sleep in space, and the basics of missions.

Netflix’s decision to compile the Inspiration4 documentary came weeks after two other space flights over the millionaire were launched and landed safely last July. The mission of the VSS Unity Virgin Galactic crew (which includes founder Richard Branson) and New Shepard Blue Origin (including founder Jeff Bezos), have caught netizens ’attention for several days about the launch.

Keep in mind, like many other streaming companies, Netflix is profiting from an epidemic situation. The company stated in its July 2020 quarterly results that recurring customer growth was ahead of forecast. Netflix now has 209 million paid memberships.
