Spotify Test Cheap Subscription Package

Spotify provides several options for users to enjoy music streaming services for a fee or free.
With a paid subscription, users can listen to songs without ads, play playlists at will, download and listen offline. And of course this convenience cannot be felt by independent users.

Those who subscribe for free must listen to the ad until it is finished and then they can continue listening, cannot play songs offline, and cannot play playlists of their choice.

Now, it is reported that Spotify has a new way so that users can still enjoy the use of this Swedish service at an affordable price.

Spotify is reportedly testing a new option for low -cost subscriptions. Users will be charged a regular USD 1 per month where the normal price is USD 9.99 per month.

The new subscription option still has ads but Spotify says users will be given more freedom in the way they listen to their favorite songs. Previously for free options users were only limited to six songs per hour.

Unfortunately Spotify says there is no guarantee that this subscription option will be released to the public as this is still in the testing phase so it may not be released at all.

"Some tests eventually pave the way for new offerings or upgrades while others may just provide a lesson. We don't have any additional information to share at this time," Spotify said.
