Jack Ma is in Europe. After visiting Spain, the Alibaba founder visited the Netherlands. What's the point of going there?

As reported, in Spain Jack Ma uses his luxury yacht called Zen. He was caught on the island of Mallorca. This is the first time Jack Ma has been abroad since his disappearance after criticizing the Chinese government's financial system.
SCMP published several photos of Jack Ma in the Netherlands. Among other things, he was seen wearing a white protective suit and holding a pot. In the third photo, Jack Ma is wearing jeans and a hoodie while observing BOAL Systems' aluminum technology.
Jack Ma will continue his tour of Europe by visiting other research institutions, which are developing technologies related to agriculture and crops.
What exactly is Jack Ma's mission by doing this? Reportedly, he wants to combine Alibaba's cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence technologies to help modernize China's agriculture.
In early September, Jack Ma was also seen visiting an agricultural area in Zhejiang Province, which is the headquarters of Alibaba and Ant Group.
