Remember! Another month WhatsApp is blocked on this Android & iPhone cellphone

One more month, November 1, 2021 to be exact, WhatsApp will stop supporting a number of Android and iPhone mobile phones. As a result all new features will be blocked from the device.

"WhatsApp will no longer support Android phones running OS 4.0.4 and earlier on November 1, 2021. Please switch to a supported device or save your chat history before that date," WhatsApp wrote on the Android FAQ page.

This step was taken so that WhatsApp could focus on developing features on newer devices. They have shared a list of devices that will no longer support the WhatsApp messaging app from November 1, 2021.

In general, these are Android phones running Android 4.0.3 or lower, and iPhones running iOS 9 or earlier. If you are still using an old Android phone or iPhone, you should update to a newer operating system. Or you can also buy the latest Android and iPhone series devices.

Indeed, even though it is no longer supported, it does not mean that WhatsApp will stop working on the cellphone. Users can still send messages, but they don't get critical security updates. Not to mention the new features that provide an even better experience when messaging.
