After being present some time ago, now PUBG Mobile is back with the Vikendi snow map.
The Vikendi map was first launched in 2018, offering a snowy map measuring 6 km X 6 km. Having the nickname as an isolated northern resort island in the Adriatic sea, Vikendi has a fairly high level of danger. Extreme weather with heavy snow where blizzards can hit at any time.
Vikendi also introduces an exclusive snow vehicle, the Snowmobile that players can use to dodge bullets or even race and drift for fun, as well as a weapon finish upgrade system, from looks to special effects that adjust Vikendi's temperature and atmosphere.
This snowy map makes players need to apply their own strategies. For example covering tracks from enemies and not attracting attention. The trick is to equip yourself with special equipment such as Assault Rifles, Sniper Rifles, and Designated Marksman Rifles.
Vikendi is also a special map for PUBG Mobile players, because in the PMCO Fall Split Global Final competition which was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Bigetron Red Aliens esports team was awarded the title by the community as "King of Vikendi" because of its stable action on the map.
At the event, Bigetron was able to get 2 Chicken Dinners and 48 total kills in two matches on Map Vikendi which led them to become the first world champions from Indonesia.
Besides Vikendi, in the Reunion: Classics Encore event, a total of 7 favorite and best game modes were brought back into the game, namely Metro Royale: Reunion, Titans: Last Stand, Survive Till Dawn, Payload 2.0, Runic Power, and Infection Mode.
Metro Royale: Reunion
This mode offers battles in underground tunnels against bandits to vicious mutants. PUBG Mobile also prepares various special equipment in this mode, from thermal radar, night scope, various armors, grenade launchers, to the unique and silent Tikhar Rifle.
Titans: Last Stand
This is a co-op mode with the box office film Godzilla vs Kong. In this mode, players are invited to join the Monarch expedition team in defeating Mechagodzilla.
Survive Till Dawn
In this game mode, a horde of zombies will start to appear and be ready to attack when the sun is no longer showing its light. Players will experience survival until the allotted time by killing as many zombies as possible to get useful items and survive.
Payload 2.0
Payload 2.0 provides a more intense, challenging, and exciting combat experience. Introduced exactly two years ago, this payload mode has become very popular among PUBG Mobile players.
Runic Power
Runic Power mode brings a unique new experience to combat in Erangel. The player can choose between one of three rune energies that will give the player an elemental power with two different abilities.
Infection Mode
In this mode, players will be divided into two teams of 5 players each and randomly selected, whether they will be a Zombies team or a Defenders team.
