Xiaomi has just launched two flagship phone models, namely the Xiaomi 12 and the Xiaomi 12 Pro. Well, there is one more that is predicted to occupy a higher caste than the two, namely the Xiaomi 12 Ultra. But reportedly, the fate of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra is becoming unclear. Why?
The Xiaomi 12 Ultra was originally said to be debuting in the coming months with top specs and a powerful Leica camera. However, in the latest news, maybe the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will not be launched but another series.
As quoted by us from Gizmochina, Wednesday (12/1/2022) Xiaomi 12 has the code name L3 while the Xiaomi 12 Pro is codenamed L2. Well, the code name L1 is called not for the Xiaomi 12 Ultra as previously thought, but for the Xiaomi Mi Mix 5 Pro.
The Mi Mix 5 Pro phone is said to be launching in March. So, what are the leaked specifications?
In collaboration with Leica, the main camera is equipped with a resolution of 50 MP, apparently with a larger sensor than the Xiaomi 12 Pro which also carries a resolution of 50 megapixels.
Then this new Xiaomi flagship will also be equipped with a dual 48 megapixel ultra wide angle camera and a periscope. In total, it is likely that there will be five rear camera units on the Xiaomi Mi Mix 5 Pro.
Of course, the innards are equipped with flagship-style specifications. However, there is a possibility that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 5 Pro will be exclusively available in the Chinese market, just like the Xiaomi Mix 4, and not be sold in other markets.
As for the Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro, apart from being marketed in China, they will also visit other countries according to Xiaomi's schedule.
