Samsung will allow its users to repair their damaged Galaxy S21 or Galaxy S20 smartphone, independently.
Samsung has just officially announced the launch of its Samsung smartphone repair program in the United States. With this program Samsung will provide spare parts, tools and guides to help consumers repair their own devices.
With the instructions and tools provided, consumers can replace their Galaxy S21 and S20 screens or tablets. Not only that, users will also be able to replace the back panel of the smartphone or USB type C ports.
After the repair is complete, the consumer will be asked to return the used component to Samsung for recycling.
Reported by us from Gizchina, Tuesday (5/4/2022) this program will be added to the various services offered by Samsung to customers.
In the United States, Samsung offers in-store repair or authorized service or at home. In-house repairs are carried out with the Samsung team traveling to the customer's home for repairs.
Lastly, Samsung also offers shipments of smartphones that require repair by post or logistics services.
This program has previously been carried out by Apple titled Self Service Repair. This program allows users to repair their iPhone, iPad, or MacBook with authorized parts provided by Apple.
