Mark Gurman recently once again predicted the presence of several new Apple products that are likely to launch this year. Previously among those we have reported on are the iPad Pro 2022, Mac Mini, and possibly even Apple’s AR headsets.
According to Mark in Power On, Apple may come with a Mac Mini with two M2 or M2 Pro chip options, while the new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro will come with a choice of M2 Pro or M2 Max chips, while Mac Pro computers may come with M2 Ultra or M2 Extreme.
Apple is also likely to update the Apple TV with the A14 Bionic chip as well as 1GB of larger RAM memory, making it 4GB of RAM for video game support via tvOS 16. HomePod is also expected to come with a new model that uses the Apple S8 chip, which is also expected to used on the Apple Watch Series 8 later.
Apple has also begun developing the Apple M3 chip that will likely be used on a 13-inch MacBook Air, a 15-inch MacBook, a new iMac and most likely on a MacBook with a 12-inch screen.
