IKEA began to get used to audio equipment after working with Sonos a few years ago with this product also being offered in Malaysia. Starting with speakers, IKEA has now entered the music player arena after launching the OBEGRÄNSAD record player.
This record player is one of four products under the OBEGRÄNSAD family designed with the help of the Swedish House Mafia band. There are also chairs, tables, and trays for keyboards used on the tables. All products are only offered in black.
This record player can be connected to ENEBY speakers wirelessly or to an audio system using an analog cable. The power source is through the USB-C port on the side.
The collaboration with Swedish House Mafia will produce 20 products with it being launched in stages. Previously they launched a special black IKEA bag to carry a collection of black plates. The selling price of this black plate player has not been announced yet.
