OnePlus has now confirmed that the upcoming OnePlus 10T will not include their physical notification controller button, otherwise known as the Alert Slider.
Previously, the Alert Slider has been one of the iconic features on OnePlus devices, and removing it may not appeal to some users.
OnePlus says the feature had to be removed in order to have enough space for other components – mainly focusing on fast charging, and a larger battery capacity, as well as antenna support on the device.
OnePlus aims to officially introduce the OnePlus 10T on August 3.
