With the start of the introduction of the latest Android 13 operating system, many people want to know when their respective devices will receive it. This includes the latest Nothing phone, the Nothing Phone (1).
Responding to it, Carl Pei, the founder of Nothing, did not answer the question directly, instead saying "a product is more than just specifications, features and even version numbers".
Previously, Nothing promised to offer Android OS updates for three years, starting with Android 12. However, it is not known how fast they will offer updates for their devices.
With the flurry of devices on the market today, one of the things people are looking at is software update support – ensuring users receive new features, as well as the latest security protections. Carl Pei's answer may disappoint a number of users who are interested in the Nothing brand.
