Smart watches do not have good battery life. On average a smart watch needs to be charged every two days. For those who are tired of having to charge regularly, Garmin Enduro 2 is launched especially for you.
The Enduro 2 is capable of operating for up to 46 days on a single charge in smartwatch mode but it will increase to 550 days in regular watch mode. In GPS mode it drops to only 150 hours but this still lasts longer than an Apple Watch for example.
This extreme battery capability is achieved because the Enduro 2 can be recharged using a built-in solar panel. This smart watch is marketed as a rugged activity device with a body made of carbon fiber polymer and titanium while the 1.4″ screen uses Power Sapphire material. The rope part is made of nylon material.
As usual, Garmin watches have the ability to track heart rate, sports activities, blood oxygen, built-in maps, body power and various other features required by active sports users. A pair of Garmin Enduro 2 is offered for $1100 (~RM4902).
