Since the pandemic began, Apple has held all of their launch events online. The virtual events they do have such amazing production quality that they are followed by other producers. Although the pandemic has entered the endemic phase in most countries of the world, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman said the iPhone 14 launch event will still be held virtually.
According to him, Apple has already started production for the virtual launch video of the iPhone 14. It is highly likely that the physical event at Apple's campus will only be attended by a small group of media from the United States as was done during WWDC last June. Physical events are still necessary because they provide early access to the device before the product is rolled out to consumers.
