Apple has now reportedly expressed interest in taking over one of the world's most popular football teams, Manchester United. Apart from Apple, several other parties are also said to have expressed their desire to get it.
Apple already has high funds in reserve to use in the acquisition of various companies, not to mention that the company is valued at over $2 trillion.
As always, it's just an original report, and many are skeptical because this original report comes from a tabloid from the UK.
But, if the idea of taking over Manchester United is true, it may be used for marketing purposes, in addition to continuing to add various popular brands under them, as well as further diversifying income. Match broadcasts may also be offered via Apple TV+.
Anyway, as mentioned earlier, it is still just preliminary speculation for now.
