Nothing Phone (1) is the most unique premium mid-range device launched this year. The device offers a transparent back panel design with a Glyph LED lighting system, an even thin bezel screen, a 50MP camera, and also promises good community support.
But when the question about the Android 13 update was asked to the founder of Nothing, that is Carl Pei - he pretentiously replied "a product is more than just specifications, features and even a version number".
A day after this issue, Nothing continued to announce that the Phone (1) will receive the Nothing OS update based on Android 13 in 2023. The beta test will be introduced to all users starting at the end of this year.
Recently, Carl Pei revealed that his personal device Phone (1) is already running Android 13. It is seen using the Nothing OS 1.5.0 operating system. He also stated that a beta version will be offered in the near future.
