Fujifilm X-T5 Can Be Pre-ordered In Malaysia Starting At RM8648

 


The Fujifilm X-T5 has been launched as an updated variant of the Fujifilm X-T4 which was marketed in 2020. With the X-T5, this mirrorless camera packs a larger sensor, in addition to improvements in several features. These include, five-axis IBIS support up to 7.0 stops, AI-based subject detection AF and high-speed AF to achieve focus on subjects as fast as 0.02 seconds.



Next, the 40.2-Megapixel X-Trans CMOS 5 HR APS-C sensor generated by the X-Processor 5 processor is used. It is capable of recording images up to 20FPS using the electronic shutter or up to 15 FPS using the mechanical shutter. There is also the ability to record 10-bit 4:2:2 video at 6.2K/30P or HQ 4K mode. Additionally, it can also record RAW video recorded as Apple ProRes RAW or Blackmagic RAW at resolutions and frame rates up to 6K 30FPS.




Also included is a 0.5-inch OLED viewfinder with a built-in sensor. A 3-inch LCD panel is located on the back panel that can be moved according to the user's needs. Not only that, it is also equipped with USB-C port, HDMI Micro (Type D), SD/SDHC/SDXC/UHS-II/UHS-II/V90 card slot and a 3.5mm audio jack. The battery used allows up to 580 photos and about 130 minutes of 6.2K or 4K video recording on a single charge.



In Malaysia, the Fujifilm X-T5 is offered at a starting price of RM8,648 without a lens. It later increased to RM10,688 with the X518-55mm Kit lens and RM11,198 with the XF16-80mm Kit. For those interested, the pre-booking session has started to open now - 13 November 2022.
