Honor MagicBook X 16 and Honor Pad X8 were launched in Malaysia today. We start first with the Honor MagicBook X 16 laptop that comes with a 16″ FHD screen with 300 nits, matched with an Intel Core Gen-12 chip, 8G RAM memory, 512GB storage and a 60Wh battery to allow it to operate for almost 11 hours with a single charge
Another interesting feature that this laptop comes with is a full size keyboard with numeric keys. The fingerprint scanner is placed on the power blind. For Honor device users, it supports the Honor Connect ecosystem that allows laptops to be used with Honor smartphones.
Meanwhile, the Honor Pad X8 is equipped with a 10.1″ FHD screen, powered by a MediaTek MT8786 chip, 4GB RAM memory, 64GB storage and a 5100 mAh battery. The rear camera is 5MP with a 2MP selfie camera. The tablet still uses Android 10 and only supports the 4G LTE network.
Honor MagicBook X 16 goes on sale on November 18 at a price of RM3499 with buyers taking home free gifts worth up to RM777 consisting of an Honor backpack, wireless mouse and pre-installed Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021. HONOR Pad X8 is on sale from 11 November at a price of RM899 with buyers receiving a folding sarong worth RM99.
