The issue of clients no longer buying new ads after Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter is nothing new. But for those who still use the social media platform to market their products and services, these companies face a new problem.
One of Elon Musk's steps to reduce the company's operating costs is to fire a large number of the company's employees from the operations and marketing departments. The problem with Twitter clients now seems to be that they no longer have an individual on Twitter to contact if they run into any problems.
This is because for some of these advertisers, they are facing problems with the advertising platform on Twitter, where it is difficult for them to start a new ad campaign. Further complicating the situation is that as said, Twitter seems to be having difficulties in terms of manpower to answer those clients' queries.
Not only that, Twitter also seems to be facing difficulties in terms of improving their ad system due to the lack of programmers and software engineers as well.
