A few days ago Elon Musk went berserk on Twitter because Apple stopped using advertising on the platform he had just bought. Musk also claimed that Apple wanted to remove the Twitter app from the App Store for some reason. Yesterday Elon Musk held a four-point meeting with Tim Cook to resolve some consequential matters.
Musk is now satisfied that Apple will not remove the application from the App Store. Misunderstandings between the two companies led Musk to say that Apple would take actions that could have a negative impact on Twitter. What other topics Musk and Cook discussed were not revealed by the two company heads.
Apple previously blocked the Tumblr and Parler apps from being accessed by users due to issues regarding pornographic content and unfiltered prejudice. Apps developed by Epic Games have been banned until now after they offered the purchase of in-game currency Fortnite that bypassed the App Store's IAP system.
