After successfully holding the Mabarkuy Indonesia eSports tournament in 2021, this year IndiHome is again presenting the Mabarkuy Indonesia 2022 tournament with a new name, namely Lead National Series Mabarkuy 2022.
The tournament presented by IndiHome in collaboration with UPoint provides an opportunity for gamers to experience the esports competition ecosystem and compete for a total cash prize of 400 million rupiah.
In this 2022 edition, there are 3 game branches being contested, namely Free Fire, Lokapala, to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
The Lead National Series Mabarkuy 2022 tournament has started since last September 2022, opened with a qualifying round which was attended by thousands of teams from various regions in Indonesia. The qualification round for this tournament is divided into 4 types, namely Invitational Qualifier, National Qualifier, TREG Qualifier, and Add On Qualifier.
After going through a series of qualifying rounds, several teams made it into the final round. They will fight each other for the championship title and a total prize of 400 million rupiah.
In the final phase, all the teams that will compete include professional esports teams such as RRQ, AURA, GPX and others. In addition, there are several teams that are community teams that participate.
While the Lokapala game branch will compete this week, the Mobile Legends and Free Fire game branches have already got Finalists who are ready to fight for the championship.
