Oppo has confirmed that it will release the Reno 8T in market. Not only one, but two cellphone variants that will be presented, namely the Reno 8T 4G and Reno 8T 5G.
Both phones carry a different look from their brethren. There are no flat edges that are characteristic of the Reno 8 family.
Oppo implemented curved edges on the Reno 8T 4G and 5G. This makes the device comfortable when in hand.
This vendor from China still adopts the Reno Glow look. Not that it's bad, on the contrary the decision is quite good.
Not only does it free the back shell of the cellphone from fingerprint smudges, Reno Glow captivates the eye because it can display color gradations.
But if potential users are bored with the Reno Glow, Oppo provides a back layer option such as an orange peel that combines with the stitching effect on the camera. Besides being comfortable, the display is really alluring.
The camera section has also changed in appearance, no longer the same as the previous Reno 8 Series. Oppo ordered a camera module that protrudes from the body.
There are two large circles there, this is reminiscent of the camera module on the Oppo A17 and A17K. The top is home to the main camera while below is the macro lens and depth sensor.
To differentiate the Reno 8T 4G from 5G, Oppo has embedded the size of the main camera, although it is not significant. The Reno 8T 4G has a 100 MP camera, while the Reno 8T 5G has a 108 MP camera.
Another difference is in the screen. The Reno 8tT 4G is built flat. Meanwhile, the Reno 8T 5G has curved edges.
Because it also makes the position of the selfie camera different. Oppo has placed the Reno 8T 5G front camera punch hole in the top center of the screen, while the Reno 8T 4G, which has a flat screen, has placed a selfie camera punch hole in the upper left corner.
For specifications, Oppo is still silent. They are just about to open in early February 2023.
