Samsung has not yet announced its own car project like Huawei, Apple and Xiaomi but they have shown several times the concept of a smart cabin for cars at CES. At CES 2023, the Ready Care and Ready Tune technologies were shown and it is said to improve safety while driving.
Ready Care monitors drivers to see if they are active, drowsy or distracted. If it is detected by the air conditioning system, the vehicle's audio and lights can be changed to change the mood of the drowsy driver.
Through data from the Galaxy Watch, the stress level while driving can be detected by Ready Care. The GPS system will change the route to a better route to reduce the driver's stress.
Ready Tune changes the audio system in the vehicle depending on the content being listened to. For example, if a football match is being watched, audio settings that provide a stadium-like experience can be activated. Both Ready Care and Ready Tune systems are developed by Harman which is a subsidiary of Samsung.
