Carrying out digital transformation here, according to Benedikta, also does not mean that companies need to have their own data center or physical server. This is because many companies such as Google and AWS provide cloud services -- with a physical data center in Indonesia -- which their customers can use with a subscription method or in other words, can be used as needed without the need for a large initial investment.

This can affect the preparation of strategies for business development to be carried out more quickly, by eliminating several processes that previously took longer and were more complicated ," added Benedicta.
Benedikta also said that there are several things that can be used as an indication that a company needs to modernize. One of them is the slow business movement compared to competitors.
"If a company cannot keep up with changes quickly, it indicates that the technology behind it is not ready to help business people make these changes," he explained.
