According to a GSMArena report, OnePlus has confirmed that all OnePlus 11s on the market pass the IP64 standard. This means that the OnePlus 11 is completely dustproof and splashproof from all angles. The device is not submersible in water. So if you plan to buy it, avoid taking it diving in the pool.
