CIMB has now announced that, starting 19 March 2023, all FPX transactions worth more than RM100 will require verification using SecureTAC on the CIMBClicks application.
This step was taken to continue to overcome the problem of fraud, as well as improve CIMB's online banking security.
For CIMB OCTO users, since it does not support the SecureTAC feature, users still need to use CIMBClicks together for transaction verification purposes.
