Mark Zuckerberg Will Fire 10,000 Employees In Effort To Make Meta More Efficient

 Mark Zuckerberg has now announced that Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram will lay off 10,000 employees in an effort to make the Meta company more efficient this year.

This announcement comes after last November 2022, Mark Zuckerberg reduced their number of employees by 11,000 people.

Through this new announcement, Mark Zuckerberg also said they will close 5000 positions that have not been filled so far.

Meta will also go through restructuring, including focusing on making the organization horizontal, as well as canceling a number of non-priority projects. This new partnership comes after Meta also canceled NFT integration on their platform.
