Twitter has now started offering Twitter Blue to local users, allowing users to subscribe to the social service, and receive a blue smudge next to their username on the profile and service.
In addition, Twitter Blue access also offers the ability to edit Tweets, the ability to upload 1080p videos and with longer durations, access to Bookmark Folders, and so on.
Twitter also says that in the future Twitter Blue customers will see only a portion of the ads useful to regular users, in addition to allowing your Tweet replies to be shown at the top.
Twitter Blue is offered at a price of RM35 per month or RM369 per year when subscribed via the web. The subscription price is higher when subscribed through the iPhone or Android app. If you subscribe via Android and iPhone, it costs RM50 per month, or RM519.90 per year. Everyone can subscribe to Twitter Blue on Twitter, except that new accounts must wait 90 days before being able to subscribe.
