Today, the extension of it, Elon Musk shares says it will offer the code in open source form on March 31, 2023.
He also emphasized that their algorithms are too complex, and are not fully understood internally. Various problems may be found when the source code is shared - and Twitter is expected to overcome it as soon as possible.
With this step, Elon Musk aims to enable users to understand the algortima method of functioning and developing it in a community. Indirectly, input from many other parties will also accelerate the development and problem solving of the Twitter algorithm.
