A number of Unifi internet service users are now reporting problems in browsing various international websites. TM has not issued any comment regarding this problem at this time, but a check through the Fing web shows a critical problem involving the connection since 4.55 pm today.
Besides through social media, this problem is also discussed through the Lowyat forum. Various sites hosted outside of Malaysia are seen to be having problems being accessed - at the same time making people unable to use the internet as usual in doing tasks or getting information.
Unifi via Twitter is seen asking some users to check the connection through the use of EasyFix. It is still unconfirmed regarding these connectivity issues, including the Unifi Alerts page not being updated with service status in real-time.
