Honor is in preparation to present two new devices under the X series that are scheduled to enter the local market on December 22, 2023. The intended devices are Honor X8b and Honor X7b with different offerings to meet the needs of their respective target users.
Honor simply shared the official launch poster without further details on the internal specifications. Instead, it simply shows the design of the device with a random image that also shows the Dynamic Island-like implementation on it. So far it is seen that it can display the ability to receive phone calls. At the same time it potentially also supports some other features that may be announced later.
Our check found that the device has also started to be listed on DirectD's local seller site with full specifications. Through it Honor X8b will be equipped with a 6.7″ FHD+ screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. Also included is a Snapdragon 680 chip, a 4,500mAh battery, a 108MP + 5MP + 2MP main camera and a 50MP selfie camera.
Meanwhile, the Honor X7b also shares most of the same aspects with the difference being a larger 6000mAh battery and an 8MP front camera. Also listed is the selling price which starts at RM799 for the Honor X7b and Honor X8b priced at RM999.
