Telegram previously introduced the transcription feature from voice messages to text to paid users of Telegram Premium. Now, apart from only Telegram Premium users, all Telegram users are also offered the same feature.
With this step, all users can change a voice message received in the form of text - thus making it easier for users to follow a message without having to listen to the message. However, for free users, Telegram limits only 2 messages that can be changed from voice to text for each week.
To use this feature, users only need to press on the →A icon displayed next to a voice message, and can then change it to text.
