TikTok is now seen continuing to strengthen its online store market offering in Malaysia, and today officially announced the introduction of TikTok Shop Mall.
Under TikTok Shop Mall, it brings together the sales offering of goods from official brand stores – much like Shopee does on Shopee Mall. TikTok is limiting sign-ups for it by special invitation only – which also comes with some extra offers and promises.
According to TikTok, the products under TikTok Shop Mall are 100% guaranteed original products, in addition to excellent customer service, in addition to being able to return and get money back within 15 days.
For sellers who join TikTok Shop Mall, a special "Mall" label is displayed next to their profile name.
Among the brands that have joined TikTok Shop Mall are Mydin, Habib Jewels, JBL, Pandora, Skechers, and also 70mai.
