Apple is ready to schedule a special event in early May, where they are expected to introduce the new iPad series, including the iPad Pro. Related to that, now Bloomberg is reporting that Apple may introduce a new iPad Pro with the Apple M4 chip.
It will simultaneously make the iPad receive the processing chip first, before it is offered through Mac computers by the end of 2024.
The Apple M4 chip is expected to focus on the capabilities of the neural engine it is paired with – allowing it to offer better AI features. However, it is not yet known what AI features Apple will highlight – or will have to wait until WWDC before learning more about them.
In addition to the iPad Pro, Apple is also expected to introduce an update to their Apple Pencil at an event scheduled for May 7.
