OPPO Collaborates With MOTAC To Launch A Luxury Book To Document 5 Malaysian Cultural Arts



Malaysia is rich in flora and fauna as well as its very diverse cultural arts. As a country located in an important trade route, this diversity can also be seen from various aspects. Recently, OPPO has collaborated with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture (MOTAC) in immortalizing 5 selected arts using OPPO smartphones in a luxury book (Coffee Table Book).



OPPO and MOTAC have chosen 5 cultural arts which are Kelantan Traditional Malay Skin Puppet, Iban Ngajat Dance from Sarawak, Magagung Penampang Tradition from Kadazan tribe, Sabah, Teochew Opera Art from Penang, and also Dondang Sayang dance from Malacca.




Using an OPPO smartphone that is capable of capturing portraits and is also equipped with artificial intelligence, the entire moment of art, dance, production is recorded so that it will not be lost to time. Among the devices used include OPPO Reno 11, Reno 12, and also Find N3.






More than capturing moments of art, interviews about them are also immortalized through short documentary videos and also through luxurious books. All videos of these 5 cultural arts can be watched through OPPO's YouTube channel while this luxury book can be seen at selected OPPO stores throughout Malaysia.
