Threads this morning activated the Custom Feed feature to all users which allows them to create a timeline that only displays posts from specific accounts. This is the same feature as the Lists timeline that exists in X.
To use a Custom Feed, please go to Your Feed and go to the Edit button in the upper right corner. When pressed you will be given the option Create new feed. Then the user will be given to enter a specific account into this list. After giving a name it will be saved. Users can then organize where this custom timeline will appear in the Threads app.
At this point I realized Custom Feed is only enabled on the iOS app. Adam Mosseri, head of the Threads division at Meta says the feature is being rolled out globally today after only being tested five days ago.
