Acer Swift Edge 14 AI And New Swift Go AI Series Introduced With Intel Core 200V CPU

Acer is preparing several new laptop options ahead of COMPUTEX 2025. These include the Acer Swift Edge 14 AI and Swift Go AI series. Both are equipped with Intel Core Ultra 200V Series CPUs, as well as built-in AI features.

The Acer Swift Edge 14 AI is a lightweight laptop weighing just under 1kg. It comes with a 14″ 3K WQXGA+ OLED screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio, while supporting the full DCI-P3 color gamut and DisplayHDR True Black 600. Corning Gorilla Matte Pro technology is also included to reduce reflections by up to 95%.

The Swift Edge 14 AI is powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 Processor 288V CPU with an Intel Arc GPU and a built-in NPU for AI-related tasks. It supports up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM, as well as 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. The 65Wh battery used can last up to 21 hours of video playback.

The laptop also comes with a variety of security and control features including a fingerprint scanner with an illuminated light, as well as a touchpad with Activity Indicator. The keyboard has a UV protective coating for increased durability.

The body is made of magnesium aluminum alloy and has passed the MIL-STD 810H Military Grade Durability test. In addition, it has a 1080P IR camera, DTS:X Ultra speakers, thunderbolt 4 USB-C, USB-A, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Meanwhile, the Swift GO AI series comes with two main models, which are equipped with a WUXGA+ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The next model is the Acer Swift Go 14 AI with a WUXGA (1920×1200) OLED screen.

Both are powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor 258V CPU, Intel Arc GPU, and a built-in NPU for AI tasks. Memory options are up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM while PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage is up to 2TB for the 16-inch model and 1TB for the 14-inch model.

In terms of battery life, the 64Wh battery can last up to 16 hours, while it has a 1080p FHD IR camera, three microphones, and Acer User Sensing that allows the screen to lock and turn on automatically. DTS:X Ultra audio system with high-quality speakers is also included. I/O options include Thunderbolt 4 USB-C, USB-A, HDMI, and a microSD card slot.

The laptop is expected to be available in the coming months with a starting price of €1,199 (~RM5,775) for the Swift Go 14 AI, €1,299 (~RM6,257) for the Swift Go 16 AI, and €1,599 (~RM7,702) for the Swift Edge 14 AI.
