Huawei MateBook Fold ULTIMATE DESIGN has just been launched in China. It takes the concept of foldable laptops to a new level with an 18″ flexible OLED skin that can be folded into 13″ With a resolution of 3.3K, a refresh rate of 144Hz, and a peak brightness of 1600nits, this display is sure to provide a good visual experience in its class.
In terms of construction, it is lightweight with a weight of only 1.16kg and a thickness of 7.3mm when unfolded. The Basalt Waterdrop Hinge used can not only make it durable but also allow it to fold up to 180 degrees. Although the CPU specifications were not disclosed, it comes with a memory option of up to 32GB RAM and internal storage of up to 2TB SSD.
The MateBook Fold is also equipped with six speakers with HUAWEI Sound technology and runs HarmonyOS 5 (Harmony NEXT) which supports features such as Cross-axis interaction, Window zoom, and Virtual keyboard. It also allows for easy integration with phones and tablets via HUAWEI Share which is now four times faster.
