Apple has now identified a number of users of the 2023 Mac Mini with the M2 chip, where it cannot start up due to a power connection issue. Apple says the affected units were manufactured between June 2024 and November 2024.
If you are using a Mac Mini M2 with a power connection issue, you can go to a special page provided by Apple, and then check whether your Mac Mini is affected or not.
If so, you can then make an appointment with an Apple Store or an authorized Apple reseller, and then send your Mac Mini back for repair.
