In April this year, the Edits app was launched by Meta as a competitor to CapCut with several original features. After two months, it has now been updated with new video editing features with the help of Meta AI's generative artificial intelligence. Among the things that can be done is changing the clothes worn, making the original video look like an animated film or adding background objects using self-inserted proms.
Meta said that at this point there are 50 proms to change videos up to 10 seconds long using artificial intelligence (AI). The model used is the Movie Gen that was launched previously. For a limited time, the editing features with Meta AI are unlimited. To use it, use the Restyle feature in the video editing menu.
This feature has been activated for users in the United States and 12 other countries. The bad news is that it is not yet available in our country Malaysia at the time of writing.
