Yesterday marked the 20th anniversary of the late Steve Jobs' commencement speech at Stanford University. His nearly 15-minute speech achieved iconic status because there were several lines that became memorable quotes such as "stay hungry, stay foolish" (not translated because it sounds strange in Malay) and "your time is limited, so don't waste other people's lives".
In conjunction with this 20th anniversary, the Steve Jobs Archive has uploaded the full speech in higher resolution for the first time. It can be viewed via the Steve Jobs Archive website or on YouTube as we have posted above.
In addition to reminding the graduates to "stay hungry and foolish", Jobs also reminded them that if he had not taken a calligraphy class at university, the Mac would not have the typeface and font design options that we enjoy today.
