Honor X70 has been officially introduced in China with a main focus on a durable design and a large capacity battery. Although only 7.76mm thick and weighing 199 grams, this device houses an 8300mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging and 80W wireless charging. More interestingly, it passes the IP66, IP68 and IP69K durability standards and can survive in water, as well as withstand high-pressure water spray.
Honor X70 uses a 6.79-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120Hz. This display also supports 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 3840Hz PWM Dimming technology, and a maximum brightness of up to 6000 nits. In terms of performance, this device is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chip paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
The camera system includes a 50MP main sensor (OIS, f/1.88) and an 8MP ultra-wide (f/2.0) while the front has an 8MP selfie camera. Other additional features include an infrared sensor, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, NFC, WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. The device is priced starting at RMB1399 (~RM828) in China.
