Public Bank announced that the existing PB engage MY mobile banking application will no longer be accessible from 15 August 2025. As a next step, users are advised to immediately switch to the new MyPB app to enjoy a smoother and more secure banking experience. To switch to the MyPB app, users are asked to follow these simple steps:
Download the MyPB app from Google Play, App Store or Huawei AppGallery.
Log in using your existing PBe credentials and register for PB SecureSign.
Confirm the PB SecureSign notification in PB engage MY for the transfer.
Activate PB SecureSign via a branch or ATM (or directly if you have a Hard Token).
Wait for a 12-hour cooling-off period before it is fully functional.
Public Bank urges all users to take immediate action so that access to banking facilities is not disrupted after the PB engage MY termination date.
