AMD recently seems to have launched their latest affordable graphics card, the AMD Radeon RX 9060. What’s interesting about this graphics card is that it doesn’t seem to be widely available, and will only be sold to select PC builders.
According to a report by Tom’s Hardware, the full specifications of this graphics card were not revealed, with what is known about it being that it has slightly lower specifications compared to the AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card.
Like the AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT, the Radeon RX 9060 graphics card is equipped with the latest RDNA 4 graphics technology, where it has 28 Compute Unit cores built in, compared to 32 on the RX 9060 XT model.
The amount of memory featured on this graphics card appears to be the same as the slightly more powerful graphics card, at 8GB GDDR6, but with a speed that is again, slightly lower, 18Gbps compared to 20Gbps on the 9060 XT model.
As expected, yes, the AMD Radeon RX 9060 graphics card can take advantage of AMD's latest FSR4 graphics technology for a more beautiful and smooth gaming experience. This graphics card is developed specifically for those who don't really care about playing computer games at resolutions higher than Full HD.
However, for those who are looking for an affordable graphics card, they will feel a bit sad because as said, this graphics card will only be offered to selected computer manufacturers, and will not be sold openly to everyone.
Those who want to buy a graphics card to build a more affordable gaming computer will still have to find an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card in their respective markets.
