CIMB is now informing its users that it will be ending support for SMS transaction notifications for recipients, effective 1 September 2025.
With this change, after the said date, users will no longer be able to opt-in to SMS transaction notifications. Instead, users will only be able to notify recipients via email.
This change will be implemented on the CIMB Clicks web service and the CIMB OCTO application.
