ASUS and MSI have already shown off their latest generation mobile gaming console offerings, namely the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X and MSI Claw A8 which will also be sold in the local market soon. Another player in this segment, Lenovo, is yet to reveal any new details about its own offering, the Lenovo Legion Go 2.
Technically, Lenovo has already introduced the console during the CES 2025 event earlier this year, but until now, not much is known about the console, other than that it will retain the detachable controller design, and will be powered by the latest AMD Ryzen Z2 Extreme processor chip.
Lenovo has just announced that it will hold the Lenovo Innovation World 2025 event in Berlin, Germany on September 5, 2025, around the same time as the IFA event at the same location.
During this event, Lenovo is expected to show off many new products in various series of laptops, desktop computers and others. Among them is the Lenovo Legion Go 2 console which will compete with the ASUS and MSI offerings we mentioned earlier.
IFA Berlin is a fairly large European consumer technology event where many technology companies will be showing off their offerings for the second half of the year, as well as future consumer technology.
