If you’re looking for a large gaming monitor, but don’t want something as big as a television, Samsung has just announced the arrival of their latest computer monitor offering, the Samsung Odyssey G7 G75F.
There are several unique features that can be seen on this Samsung Odyssey monitor. The first is the size of this monitor, which is seen as 37 inches. Such a size is usually only shown on ultrawide monitors, but this time Samsung is offering it in a more conventional ratio with a curved design.
This monitor uses a curved VA panel (1000R) and comes with a 4K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. It also has a maximum brightness value of 350 nits and supports DisplayHDR 600, HDR10+ and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technologies for video viewing and computer gaming which can be said to be quite good.
In terms of ports, the Odyssey G7 G75F comes with just two HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 ports, both of which support the Display Stream Compression technology needed to drive this display at 4K resolution with a refresh rate of 165Hz.
Samsung Malaysia has already started offering this display for the local market on their website at a price of RM4399.
