Samsung is now reported to be introducing its first glasses as early as the end of 2026. Their first smart glasses are expected to offer basic features, without display panel support.
These first smart glasses are expected to include microphone, speaker and camera support – as well as including artificial intelligence integration to perform a number of controls. With it, users can listen to music, make calls, send messages, record photos and videos, and ask questions through built-in artificial intelligence.
In addition to these smart glasses, Samsung is also expected to introduce a headset with augmented reality support in the near future.
Today, Meta is ready to lead the smart glasses arena, in addition to several parties that have also offered their respective products including Xiaomi and HTC. However, the offer is still limited to a few markets for now. Perhaps with Samsung's participation, it will be offered more widely.
