The Apple Watch Series SE 3 was also launched early this morning and is also equipped with the Apple S10 chip, a screen with Always on Display and the ability to detect sleep apnea. This more affordable model is also equipped with a new Ion-X screen with four times the durability compared to the SE 2 screen. It is offered in two sizes, 40mm and 44mm.
The Apple S10 chip is used and it is matched with a battery that can last up to 18 hours on a single charge in normal mode, 32 hours in low power mode and charging for just 15 minutes can provide up to 8 hours of use this time. What distinguishes the Watch SE 3 from the Watch Series 11 is that this watch does not have an EKG sensor, cannot measure blood oxygen content and does not have a high blood pressure detection feature.
Included are Sleep Score sleep tracking, menstrual cycle detection, skin temperature detection, Fall Detection, Crash Detection, Emergency SOS, and Check In. With watchOS 26, it also comes with Workout Buddy which gives users motivation to continue exercising, Siri on the watch and also various finger and wrist gestures. With the Apple S10 chip, the Watch SE 3 also finally supports the 5G network.
For mothers, the Apple Watch For Your Kids feature can be used on the Watch SE 3 with its Find My location tracking feature and SOS emergency mode.
The Apple Watch SE 3 is offered in midnight and starlight colors. In Malaysia, pre-orders have not yet opened and the sales date has not been announced. The price of the watch starts from the price below with variations depending on the choice of watch strap.
